I have a great family

Everything is going really well. Things with the house are moving along; we had the inspection today and everything looks good. I also went and got paint swatches because I was really excited about making the house our own. Riley and Carter are both doing really well as you can see from the pictures. The weather here in Utah is perfect right now. It has been getting up into the 70's the last few days and we love to go outside...even Carter which I must say surprised me a little. Carter loves to smile but only does so on his own terms which explains why this is the first picture of his wonderful little smile. We also figured out that he likes to get tickled. We hold his arms above his head and tickle his armpits and I guess I am not sure but it sounds like he is laughing and he does get a big smile on his face. Riley is getting more and more stubborn each day which isn't good since I am just as stubborn and we butt heads on occasion. I guess we will figure it out. Tonight Carter was asleep on my bed and Riley went in, climbed up on the bed with him and layed right next to him. Riley did wake Carter up though but it was so cute! I have a wonderful family which is all that matters.

Our latest

Well, it has been a while but hear is what has been happening since my last post. We blessed Carter on April 12th and it was really nice. It was a beautiful day and we had all of our family crammed into our little apartment which was totally crazy. Carter barely fit into his outfit even though it was a 3 month size and I was really nervous. All in all it was a nice day and we are grateful to everyone for coming down. Riley and Carter continue to do well. Riley has discovered his love for cows and whenever we get into the car he is on the lookout. Carter is now 2 months old and weighs 16.5 lbs and is 25.5 inches long. Basically he is a big kid. Dusty continues to work hard and enjoys what is does. Also, I can't believe I almost forgot...we bought a house. Well, we close on the 28th of May and we can start moving in then. We are very excited and it is so cute! We also will have a strawberry patch, grapes, raspberries, blackberries, rubarb, peaches, apples, and room for a vegi garden. It is in Payson and is on a quiet street, it is really exciting.

Baby update

I just thought I would write a new update on Carter. Last week we had his 2 week check up and he had already gained almost 2 pounds and had grown 2 1/2 inches in length! I can't say that I am surprised since Riley grew like crazy as well but WOW! He is doing really well and has his nights and days figured out so he does have a few hours in the day that he is awake. Riley gets really excited when he can actually see Carter's eyes. I am feeling wonderful and am enjoying being at home with the kids. They are both a lot of fun and despite the fact that Riley is stubborn as a mule we get along great. We hope that everything is going well for the rest of you and hope to hear from you soon. I also figured out how to add photos to the posts which isn't difficult but I was excited to figure it out and so hear are some new pictures.

Baby news

We had the baby! Keith Carter Rigby was born on Sunday March 8th. He weighed 8 lbs 9 ozs and is as healthy as can be. He is very mellow and sweet. Riley is doing really well with the new baby. He loves his little brother and from the first time he saw him he is always begging to hold him and gives him kisses every chance he can get. All in all, we are doing really well and are very excited for him to finally be here. My boys (including Dusty) are wonderful! We hope that you all are doing well and hope to hear from you soon. Pictures are at the bottom I can't figure out how to get them up to the top. *To April Lee: I am excited that you found me but I can't respond to you because your account is private so let me know how to get a hold of you and we will catch up.*

I guess I should update the blog finally. We are doing well. I have four weeks left in my pregnancy and am very excited. Dusty just got back from NAFTMA, which took place in Georgia and he was gone for a week but had a good time. Riley is growing like crazy. He went to Nursery for the first time on Sunday and had a lot of fun, and Dusty and I are both glad that he enjoys himself there. He loves tractors and loves to watch videos of tractors in the field. He is such a good little boy and we are lucky to have him in our lives.

Our exciting news!!!

It is a boy!!! We just did an ultrasound today and found out that the baby is healthy and strong and that my official due date is on March 14th. We are pretty excited and now we just need to decide on a name. Dusty has a hard time deciding. We are excited to finally meet our new little one.

Life here in Spanish Fork is going really well. Dusty is working like crazy and other than that my calling in young womens keeps me busy. They just split the ward so we lost all but three leaders with no idea how long it will be until they get it all reorganized. The three of us just do our best trying to run the program until we hear differently. Riley is getting four new teeth, so he is miserable. Other than that he is doing really well though. He enjoys going outside and trying to eat everything he can carry, but he is so adorable.

Well I decided that I should start a blog myself. Things are going well for us here in Spanish Fork. Dusty is working like crazy, Riley wonders all over the place, and I am kept busy by trying to watch Riley. I am pregnant again and am due the first week in March (ish). We are pretty excited! I will post again in a few days once I have more to say.
